Table Bookings – for all venues
(Sperate to any packaged event such as bottomless brunch)
Please note that by paying the requested deposit you agree to the following terms.
• Your booking is for 2 hours at the table.
• Where possible, if you’d like to stay longer, please speak to our server. More often than not,
you’ll be able to either stay at your table or you can take a seat in the bar or outside areas.
You may be asked to settle the tab before moving tables.
• If you need to amend your booking (date/time) we can do this for you at no cost.
• As much as we’re looking forward to your visit, if you do need to cancel, please do, using the
link on the confirmation email given, or just by calling the venue directly.
No-shows negatively impact our business.
• Deposit of £5 per person to be paid upfront. This will be taken off your final bill.
• Tables of up to 6 – anything above 6 covers must be sent as an enquiry and it will be at
the managers’ discretion.
• Management reserved the right to refuse alcohol to any participant at any time without
notice.
• Alcohol served to over 18’s only proof of ID may be required.
• Service times may vary by business & are subject to licensing restrictions.
• Please always inform your server of any allergies or intolerance before you place your order.
Not all ingredients are listed on the menu, and we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens. Detailed information on the fourteen legal allergens on request, however, we are unable to provide information on other allergens.
• A discretionary, optional service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
Bottomless Brunch & Lunch – for all venues
Please note that by paying the requested deposit you agree to the following terms.
• Bottomless brunch & Sunday is time-limited to 2 hours & commences from the time of your booking.
• The deposit is non-refundable but will be subtracted from your bill at the end of your visit.
• If you need to amend your booking (date/time) we can do this for you at no cost 24 hrs
before the booking is due to take place.
If before 24 hrs of your booking, you need to change the booking you can use the deposit as a credit to spend at the venue or as a deposit towards a future date.
• Last order for drinks – 15 minutes before the end of the allocated time (usually 2 hrs) so that the whole table finishes their drinks before the time is up.
• Deposit of up to £10/person to be paid upfront (deposit amount varies per venue)
• Tables of up to 6 – anything over 6 covers must be sent as an enquiry and it will be at
managers’ discretion.
• Guests to be able to pre-order – hence, only drinks orders must be taken on the day.
• Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished, the price is per person and drinks cannot
be shared. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and any participants are required to always drink responsibly.
• Management reserved the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice
and we reserved the right to refuse alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.

2. All deposits will be redeemed against the final cost of your bill.
3. All deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 21 days of the
booking date.
4. If a guest is a no-show, there will be no refund offered.
5. Please note, no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
6. We can hold your enquiry for 48 hours, after which it will be automatically
released.
7. A pre-order will be required and must be completed no later than 21 days prior
to the booking date. Please note, we cannot guarantee to accommodate your
pre-order requirements if this deadline is not adhered to.
8. All prices are inclusive of VAT. A 10% service charge will be added to your final
bill. This goes directly to the team who serve you on the day.
9. We do not guarantee areas or specific table requests, however, we shall
endeavour to accommodate requests where possible.

The Durham Ox Festive Terms & Conditions
Festive Fayre Bookings:

2. All deposits will be redeemed against the final cost of your bill.
3. All deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 21 days of the booking date.
4. If a guest is a no-show, there will be no refund offered.

1. A 50% deposit is required per person, to secure your Christmas Day booking. The remaining 50% of this will be due
on Monday 12th December.
2. In the event of guest number reducing, or a booking needing to be cancelled, this can be done so without a deposit
forfeit until December 1st 2022. After which each guest’s 50% deposit will be forfeited.
3. Please note, no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. We can hold your provisional booking for
48 hours, after which the space will automatically be released.
4. A pre-order will be required and must be completed by Monday 12th December. Please note, we cannot guarantee to
accommodate your pre-order requirements if this deadline is not adhered to.
