Table Bookings – for all venues

Reservation Time

Please arrive on time for your booking. Tables will be held for 15 minutes

before being released.

Group Bookings

For groups of 8 or more, a deposit of £10pp and pre-order are required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend

your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24hours notice will 

result in the loss of any deposit paid.

 No shows

 and repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability

to make future reservations.

Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and seating 

preferences. Please let us know any requirements when booking.

Table Duration

During busy periods, reservations may be subject to a time limit to 

ensure all guests can be accommodated comfortably.

Bottomless Brunch & Lunch – for all venues

Table Reservation & Deposit:

A deposit of £10 per person is required 

to secure your table. (redeemable). Bookings are only confirmed once the

deposit has been received.

Time Allocation: 

Bottomless Brunch period is 90 mins and begins once 

your entire party has arrived.

Bottomless Drinks Service: 

Bottomless drinks apply only during your 

90 minute sitting and are limited to one drink per person at any time. We 

reserve the right to refuse service to any guests that appear intoxicated 

or behave inappropriately.

Group Bookings:

 For large groups, food pre-orders will be required to 

help us serve your efficiently.

Cancellations & Amendments:

 We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ 

notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking. Cancellations made 

with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

All guests must be over the age of 18 and be taking part in the 

bottomless offer. (Subject to valid I.D Checks)

Afternoon Tea

High Flyers Darts – for The Royal

Full payment is required at time of booking. This payment is non-

refundable if you cancel with in 24hrs, however we would be happy to 

move you to an alternative date.

Please note that on Fridays and Saturdays we operate as an over 21yrs 

only venue from 9pm.

Any bookings after this time, with members under 21yrs will not be 

permitted into the venue.

Guests must behave responsibly and respect others while using the 

interactive darts equipment.

The Royal reserves the right to refuse or stop play at anytime if a guest is

deemed to be intoxicated or posing a risk to themselves or others.

Any damage caused to the equipment through misuse or negligence may 

result in charges.

This is a over 18yrs activity, use of your own darts is not 

permitted.

Hotel Bookings – for all participating venues 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

CAR PARK:

Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. Please register your 

vehicle’s number plate with reception upon arrival to secure free 

parking.

Live Entertainment

We host live entertainment on Fridays, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays 

until 2:00 AM, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. As a result, 

music and activity from our venue maybe audible in some areas of the 

hotel during these times.

VERIFICATION:

A valid ID and credit/debit card are required to complete your booking. 

Card details are held for incidentals. If you do not have these, we will be 

unable to sell you a room.

PAYMENTS

:

We do not accept cash or American Express. Please use other accepted 

card methods.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Bookings can only be made by guests aged 18 or over. Guests under 18 

will not be permitted to stay alone.

INCIDENTALS:

Failure to return your room key at check-out will incur a £50 charge.

Property damage may result in charges up to £1000, depending on the 

severity.

Smoking in rooms will result in a £300 fine and a ban on future bookings.

Terms and Conditions

1. As a consumer or business user, we sell all rooms and 

extras to you subject to these terms.

2. A contract is formed between you and The Royal Hotel when we issue 

you with a booking confirmation email, which also includes your booking 

confirmation reference.

 Your Booking

All hotel room  bookings made directly through our website or over the 

phone are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

 Cancellations must be made before 3pm on the day prior to the booking 

date to avoid charges

Bookings cancelled after 3pm the day before arrival is fully payable and 

will be charged the full booking amount.

For group bookings (4 or more rooms), a 7-day cancellation policy 

applies. Bookings cancelled with in 7days of the arrival date are fully 

payable.

 

In both cases:  full payment would be taken from the card that is used to 

guarantee the booking if the cancellation deadline is missed.

 Bookings made through 

3rd

 party platforms are none 

refundable and are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking 

agent.

Bookings are non-transferable and may not be re sold, either in whole or 

in part.

Any attempt to transfer or re sell booking will result in cancellation 

without refund and we reserve the right to refuse future 

bookings from the individual involved.

Although you can make a booking on someone else’s behalf, you alone 

are responsible for ensuring that any customer in your booking complies 

with these terms and conditions.

Guests must be 18yrs older to make a reservation. Any guest under the 

age of 18yr will not be permitted to stay without an accompanying adult.

Payments:

Payment will be asked for on arrival to ensure that an express check-out 

is always permissible.

We do not accept cash or American Express. Please use other accepted 

card methods.

Rates:

The rate for each room is as published on our website at the time of your 

booking, or, in the case of a telephone booking, as advised to you at the 

time of booking.

Check in- Check out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

You can check-in from 3pm on the scheduled date of arrival. If you wish 

to check-in earlier, you can do so by calling the front of house team on 

the day of arrival. 

 

This will be subject to availability and cannot be 

guaranteed.

You must check-out by 11am. If you wish to arrange a late check out, 

please speak to our front of house team.

 Late check out are subject to availability and must not extend past 1pm. 

A charge of £10ph will apply for checkouts after 11am.

Relocation Policy

On the rare occasion that a room becomes unavailable, we

will arrange suitable alternative accommodation within a 5-mile radius, 

at the same rate or lower than your original booking. If the alternative 

accommodation is at a higher rate, we will cover the 

difference.

Should you prefer not to accept the alternative, or if a suitable option 

cannot reasonably be found, you will have the right to cancel your 

booking and receive a full refund for the room(s) reserved.

6. General

Statutory Rights:

 Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. If 

these terms conflict with the law, your statutory rights will always apply.

Events Beyond Our Control:

 We are not liable for failures caused by 

events outside our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, natural 

disasters, terrorism, power or utility failures).

Our Liability:

 Our liability is limited to twice the total booking cost. We 

are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, except in 

cases of fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Third Parties:

 No third party has the right to enforce these terms.

Law:

 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms:

 The terms in force at the time of your booking (or 

amendment) will apply.

Smoking Policy:

 The Royal Hotel is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is only

permitted in designated outdoor areas. Fines will apply for non-

compliance.

8. Non-Residents

Non-resident guests are welcome to enjoy our bar and restaurant during 

opening hours. We kindly ask that all non-residents depart when these 

facilities close.

parking.

If you plan to use the carpark outside of, check in or check out times, 

please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your vehicle maybe subject to
